Sales and Installation
You can buy your unit directly from us. Unlike with some larger companies, the person that sells you your unit will be installing your unit, so there are no communication issues or trying to bring a new face up to speed. What you’ve agreed upon with us before installation is exactly what you get! We’ll install your unit with the highest standards of workmanship and the utmost respect for your property.
EQC Replacements
Call Climate Change if you need to replace a previously existing heat source (such as a fireplace) as part of your earthquake repairs - we can perform assessment at your home or office, make a recommendation, and install your unit.
Design
Carlos has experience with the design of ducted air conditioning systems, and can visit your site to assess your situation and come up with a plan for a ducted system that will effectively suit the requirements of you and your building. He can also work with you at the planning stages of your new build or upgrade / renovation project.
Service / Maintenance
If problems arise with your heat pump, we can correct them. Your unit may still be under warranty, in which case the cost of repairs might be covered. If you have a large or commercially critical system, we can arrange regular maintenance visits to keep things running smoothly and prevent inconvenient down time – just talk to us about your requirements.
